Eventpermits is an average company. The service they provide is satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. I found their website to be quite user-friendly, which was a plus. However, I was not impressed with their customer support, as it took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries. Overall, I would say they are okay, but there are probably better options out there.
