We have a MX series salt spray chamber where I work. A pressure tower blew a gasket and was leaking. Emailed customer support and they put me in contact with John O'Rourke. He was extremely helpful and polite. Figured he was just someone who did customer support calls. I went on the AES website, and found out he was the Vice President. Loved that someone in upper management was so knowledgeable about what they provide as a company!
