I rented a property with Independent for about 2 y...

I rented a property with Independent for about 2 years. My experience with this company has been really enjoyable. Over the last two years, I also noticed some efforts from their end trying to improve service areas that would be probably lacking in the past, for example, property maintenance, communication with the owner(s), etc. By the way, Grace Beal was my property manager and she's really great.
