I have been a customer of Stichting milieucentrum utrecht (mcu) for a while now, and I have to say that their services are average at best. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, their customer service is lacking. It often takes them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they do, their answers are usually generic and unhelpful.
