I recently purchased a new laptop from an online store, and I have to say, I am very disappointed with the product. The laptop had several issues right out of the box, and the customer support team was unhelpful in resolving the problems. I wish I had bought the laptop from Computer depot instead. Their customer service is known for its excellence, and I am confident they would have provided me with the assistance I needed.
