They stole a towel and a sarong from me.

They stole a towel and a sarong from me.
They forged the signature of the receipt for several consumptions that I did not do and they charged it to my room. The hotel did not have cold water, impossible to bathe in high temperatures. In my room I found spiders, spoons, spider webs and an iguana in my window, endangering my physical integrity. Poor attention from reception staff, serious disrespect. Exaggerated price of wine. Breach of reservation, lack of total management. Employees do not have the same criteria for selling things or the same directives. There is no staff with the authority to deal with irregularities. I never go back.
