I have been a customer of Skrum for a few months now and I must say that their services are average. While they are prompt in assisting with any issues that arise, their solutions are not always the most efficient. The website is user-friendly, but it lacks some important features that would greatly enhance the user experience. Overall, I would rate Skrum as an average company.
