I've been practicing Pilates for a few years and recently started attending classes at Glowing Oasis. The instructors have a deep understanding of Pilates and provide clear instructions and demonstrations. The classes are challenging and effective. The studio is well-equipped and the atmosphere is welcoming. Definitely a great place to practice Pilates!
