I have been a customer of Gerdau for several years now and I must say that their products and services are average. They have a wide range of products to choose from, but the quality is not always consistent. Sometimes I receive good-quality products, but other times I get ones that are below my expectations. Overall, I would rate Gerdau as an average company.
