I had a pretty average experience with Npi solutions inc. Their customer service was okay, but nothing exceptional. The website notablykrystal.com was easy to navigate, but I found the overall user experience lacking. I think they could really use some improvement in that area. I don't think I would choose to work with them again, but they were not terrible either.
