The overall experience with Dock+ was decent. The website is easy to navigate and the product selection is quite good. However, the customer service could use some improvement. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my query, which was a bit frustrating. Nonetheless, I appreciate the efforts of the team. Hope to see better communication in the future.
