I have been a loyal customer of Vox footwear inc. for years and I must say, their products are of average quality. The designs are trendy and stylish, but the durability leaves something to be desired. I have had to replace my Vox shoes multiple times due to wear and tear. However, their customer service is excellent and they always handle any issues promptly and satisfactorily. Overall, I would rate Vox footwear inc. as average.
