For almost a year son's been on this waiting list ...

For almost a year son's been on this waiting list for multiple schools, and everytime I call to speak to Omar or the COA of the day I get put on hold. They either transfer me to voicemail or dont answer at all. This is RIDICULIOUS!! So unprofessional
