I recently tried using The Audible Group for the first time and it was a bit disappointing. The website is user-friendly, but the selection of audiobooks is limited and not very diverse. The audio quality is good, but there were a few instances where the playback was glitchy. The customer service team was responsive when I contacted them, but it didn't fully resolve my issues. I think there is room for improvement.
