I recently ordered my wedding gown from The Bridalsmiths, and I must say that I'm quite disappointed. The quality of the dress is not up to par, and it doesn't fit well either. The customer service was unhelpful in resolving my issue, and I had to go through a lengthy return process. I would not recommend The Bridalsmiths to anyone.
