I had a mixed experience with SimplyCollectible.com. Some of their products are great and I have had no issues with them. However, there have been a few instances where the items I received were not as described or had quality issues. The customer service was helpful in resolving these problems, but it was still a bit disappointing. Overall, I would say SimplyCollectible.com is an average company.
