I am a customer of Acal bfi germany gmbh and I must say that their service is quite average. They delivered the products on time but the customer support was not very helpful. I had some issues with the products and when I contacted their support team, they were not very responsive and couldn't provide a satisfactory solution. Overall, my experience with Acal bfi germany gmbh was just average.
