I had a very mixed experience with ADI CATSKILL. On one hand, their customer service was excellent and they were very responsive to my inquiries. However, I had some issues with the product I purchased from them. The quality was not up to my expectations and it broke after just a few uses. I was disappointed with the overall experience and wouldn't recommend them.
