I had an okay experience with Protodesign. The best part was their website, which was easy to navigate and had a great selection of products. However, I wasn't too impressed with their customer service. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and the responses were not very helpful. The product I received was decent, but not exceptional. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
