Don't bring your computer here for service.

On dropping off my laptop, they were friendly and technically savvy.

They held it for 2 weeks without working on it (having quoted 1 week) - even to see what was wrong with it, and when I called about it acted offended that I was calling and gave me a completely different story about the laptop not being serviceable at all (without running any tests on it).

Waste of time and gas.
