Friendly and helpful customer service. Trained staff on board. Helpful ship crew have adequate knowledge about what to do in different scenarios.
It is difficult to manage such a huge amount of passengers when
disembark in either Picton or Wellington. Vehicle passengers leave the ship first, but a group of tourists went into the vehicle bay due to misunderstanding of the disembark procedure. Ship crews have been really helpful and guided them the way out. I think they are well-trained to handle different situations and Inter-islander did great jobs on staff training.
