I have been a customer of Bnc International, INC for several years now and I must say their services are average. The quality of their products has always been decent, but nothing extraordinary. The customer service, however, is where they truly fall short. I have had multiple instances where I had to wait for a long time on hold or deal with unhelpful representatives. Overall, I would rate Bnc International, INC as an average company.
