So far so good. The team of people that helped me were wonderful. Tim was very patient with me and explained several options. He definitely did not try to over sell me on devices and services. Kelly did a great job with scheduling and rescheduling. I was notified exactly when expected. Tim showed up at the beginning of the install and at the end. You defiently don't see that from most companies. Tim, Taylor and I did a wallk through and talked about device placement and senarios with the pad. Something's I hadn't thought about. Then Taylor just quietly went and installed everything and cleaned up. I didn't think my cat would ever showup again after he tested the devices, but she did, so even that was fine. Before Taylor left he went over every device location with me again and then gave me an overview of the app and pad. Then Tim came back again and went over everything in more detail. Tim and Taylor are really amazing and a credit to that company. I hope everything with ABF goes as well.
