I have been using Cloudware technologies for a while now and I must say they are doing an average job. Their services are decent but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is easy to navigate and the support team is usually responsive. However, there have been a few instances where I experienced downtime and the overall speed could be faster. I hope they take customer feedback into consideration and work on enhancing their services.
