I give my experience three stars only because of the way it started. I was initially being helped by a young man with red hair who was helping me find boots. I sat for ten minutes waiting for him to return, but he never did. When I did see him again, he was in a back room doing something else. He saw me sitting there and moved out of sight of the door. Everyone else was busy assisting other customers and when he was done, Ted and another employee--whose name I get, but might start with a P--came to my rescue. They were very patient and knowledgeable!
