I recently ordered a plaque from this company and overall, I had an average experience. The website was user-friendly and navigation was easy. However, I found the selection of plaques to be somewhat limited. The ordering process was smooth, but the delivery took longer than expected. When I received the plaque, the quality was decent, but not exceptional. The design was accurate, but the font could have been a little more refined. Although the customer service was friendly, they did not provide updates on the status of my order unless I reached out to them. In terms of pricing, I found it to be on par with other similar companies. While I am satisfied with my purchase, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of product variety and delivery speed.
