I recently used the services of PCSIA for a computer repair and I found the experience to be satisfactory. The technicians were knowledgeable and fixed the issue in a timely manner. However, I was expecting a bit more personalized customer service as they seemed a bit rushed. The website offers a good amount of information, but navigation could be smoother. The pricing was fair, but would have appreciated more transparency upfront. Overall, my experience was average. 🙂
