I recently signed up with this company for their benefit services, and I have to say that I found their website a bit challenging to navigate. The layout was cluttered, and I had difficulty finding the information I needed. Additionally, the customer service response was not as prompt as I would have liked. However, once I did get in touch with a representative, they were quite helpful and knowledgeable. The actual benefits and services offered were decent, but I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of the user experience on their website and the responsiveness of their customer support. Overall, my experience was average, and I hope to see some enhancements in the future.
