I had a recent experience with Emstar ambulance, and I must say, it was subpar. While the paramedics arrived promptly, the overall service fell below my expectations. Their lack of empathy was noticeable, and the journey was uncomfortable. Emstar ambulance needs to improve their customer service and bring more compassion to their work.
