Published on the Polihub website, UBI Global surveys (declared independent by Polihub in communications and in public interviews) attest, through relative rankings, that Polihub is the 3rd incubator in the world. In reality, the surveys, in addition to not being authoritative (and so far there is no problem), are not independent in so far as "among the teachers who develop the methodology" a professor from the Politecnico di Milano is expressed. These are the words of the CEO, Stefano Mainetti, "We also express a professor of the Politecnico among the teachers who fine-tune the methodology."

Furthermore, the founder behind this survey that produces these rankings is also the founder of another survey that produces as many rankings ... always linked to the university world (the Polytechnic, like many other universities, is included in this survey ... and behind which there is is an international business under the name of the company Universum). Consequently, there is not even independence from the university world on the part of those who conduct the survey .. as they are driven by strong economic interests.

At the MIP, in fact, in September 2016 (28/09/2016), look at the case, precisely these second surveys and related rankings (which would concern the Politecnico and beyond) are presented and explain the data of these "highly authoritative" market research there was a person who appears to have no degree. Which is really shocking and why to understand market research you need to understand statistics and why surprisingly the MIP did not perform due diligence on guests.

Out of fairness towards the stakeholders, the suspension of such an investigation would be correct.

It seems, then, that the employees of Webscience srl, a private consulting company of which the CEO of the Polihub, Stefano Mainetti, is chairman and founder, evaluate and select the Polihub startups. If so, one wonders why the Italians have to pay the salaries of the employees of the polyhub? ... to make the beautiful figurines? ..
