I had an outstanding experience at Lexus Northlake. I am on my 4th straight Lexus lease and have always been happy with my transaction experiences. But this was tops. James Chiara was my Sales and Leasing Consultant. He was extremely professional and communicated my options in a very clear and understandable way. I was happy with the arrangement we made and the style in which he handled it. Napthali Williams was fantastic in showing me the features on the new GS. And while I regret to say I do not recall the name of the Finance Manager - that process was also executed in an outstanding fashion.
