Noir is a hidden gem that deserves more recognition. The bar offers a sophisticated yet cozy atmosphere, perfect for a night out. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always making helpful recommendations. The drinks are expertly crafted and the menu has something for everyone. I couldn't recommend Noir enough!
