I've been enrolled with this company for four months. In that time, I haven't gotten a single referral or job suggestion. Meanwhile, I sent resumes and applications out to about 50 companies in the Des Moines area, got 4 interviews and 2 job offers without their help. Maybe it just depends what field you're looking into, but for me, enrolling was a waste of time.
