Derose for leaders has been instrumental in my growth as a leader. The program helped me identify my strengths and areas for improvement, and provided me with the tools needed to become an effective leader. The trainers were knowledgeable, supportive, and created a positive learning environment. I am grateful for the opportunity to have participated in their program.
