I called Emerald Plumbing to get a price on replacing the piping in my house that I just bought. I spoke with a lady name Merna who was very nice and helpful. She gave me a time to meet with the owner Liam for an estimate. He came out the same day and was on time. I had a very large list of questions and he answered all of them with ease. He even was able to explain it to me so I would understand. I had 2 other companies come out for estimates and felt that I was kind of being hustled. Im a single women and do not know anything about plumbing! Liam did not make me feel this way. He wrote the estimate right away and gave it to me on the spot. Obviously I decided on going with Emerald Plumbing with the repipe. I was able to get on their schedule within the week. Their crew came out and they were awesome. The guys were very nice, clean and funny! Overall, I enjoyed working with everyone I dealt with at Emerald Plumbing and the price was good. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends.
