The hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff were fabulous. However, the restaurant with the tasting menu was less than satisfactory. Supposedly this is the highlight of your culinary experience. It was not. I ordered the wine pairing dinner. The server did not explain why the wine was paired with the meal. Very disappointing.
