I have been coming to this Honda dealership since 2008. Ever since SanTan Honda became AutoNation Honda, customer service overall has been on the decline. There has been a distinct lack of personal interest on the part of the sales and customer service staff. Given the poor experience we ve had with our last Honda vehicle, both with the vehicle and service, we are turned off from the Honda brand for good (after owning 8 Hondas).
