I had a mixed experience with Adjacent Properties Corp. While their customer service was excellent and they were very responsive to my inquiries, I did have some issues with the property itself. The plumbing had frequent problems, and the noise from neighboring units was quite disruptive. However, the location was great and the rent was reasonable. Overall, I'd say it's an average company to rent from.
