First let me start by saying if you experienced abuse here I am truly sorry and stand with you in solidarity. Secondly, I can say basically everything you have read in the 1-star reviews is true and it's been that way since the mid-90s. Avoid this prison. Also, notice how they reply to everyone's reviews here with the same exact response of telling them to go to their website to fill out a form? Of course they do, they want you to feel like you're getting somewhere or gaslight you. If you have an actual issue then please Google for filing an abuse complaint against a hospital.

You have rights, please don't let them get away with it.

They will likely try to sweep any complains submitted via their website under the rug. If people are still writing horrible complaints then it's clear they're not listening.
