I recently used A la carte premiere servers for a private event and I have to say, the service was average. The staff was polite and professional, but there were some small issues that detracted from the overall experience. The food was good, but not outstanding, and the presentation could have been more impressive. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but I was expecting a bit more for the price.
