I started my weight loss journey with Tops Takes Off Pounds Sensibly and I couldn't be happier with the results. The program is effective and the support from the staff and fellow members is outstanding. The meetings are informative and the atmosphere is very positive. I have lost 30 pounds so far and I'm excited to continue my journey with Tops.
