Overall, I had a great experience at Shug's Bagels. The bagels were fresh and tasty, and the service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend trying their everything bagel with cream cheese - it's a perfect combination of flavors. The only downside was that the seating area is a bit small, so it can get crowded during peak hours. But that aside, Shug's Bagels is definitely worth a visit!
