I'm semi retired from the retail automobile business after over 40 years. I greatly respect everyone in this business. I was referred to Eric Sparrow by one of your employees Risk Free on Lehigh Street, Cliff Malesky. Cliff took excellent care of my son on a Risk Free car purchase last year. I trusted Cliff's advice which led me to Kelly Nissan. Eric and your staff were a breath of fresh air. I was extended professional courtesy due to my years in the business. My wife and I enjoyed a great experience. When we arrived Eric greeted us at the front door. He had the vehicle I was coming to see, gassed up,warmed up, with a plate on it ready for a test drive. Great professional! Eric spent a lot of time trying to locate a different vehicle for me, but sold me on the "benefits" of the truck he thought would better meet my wants and needs. When we completed the short process, we toured service, and completed the sale. We were then introduced to the business manager. Keith was AWESOME. Once again professional courtesy was extended. Never any pressure just professional answers, to a few questions. An excellent rate for my loan and a great presentation of products were presented. I would hire both of these guys on the spot.
