I recently worked with ECCA Consulting for a short-term project. While they delivered the required deliverables on time, I found the quality of their work to be average. The solutions they provided were not as innovative as I had hoped, and I felt that they did not fully understand the unique challenges of my business. The communication with their team was satisfactory, but there were a few instances of miscommunication. Overall, ECCA Consulting is a decent consulting firm, but they may not be the best fit for all businesses.
