Pinnacle parking systems is an average company. Their services are satisfactory but nothing exceptional. I have used their parking services a few times and haven't really had any major issues. The rates are reasonable and the staff is generally friendly. However, there have been instances where the parking lots were a bit crowded, causing inconvenience.
