I attended a C.P.R. & First Aid training course and I found it to be very informative and useful. The instructor was thorough and made sure to explain everything clearly. The practical exercises were particularly helpful in reinforcing the concepts taught. I feel more confident now in my ability to handle emergency situations. The course was definitely worth it!
