The place is nice. We had booked as part of a wonderbox. The room that was provided in this box was not available. The person I had on the phone offered me an additional cost of 20 for a so-called room above that provided in the box. Since none of the dates I gave were free I had to accept the proposal. The person who greeted us at night on arrival received us but immediately asked us to pay the extra cost and the tourist tax. Then she was worried about whether we were dining there. Frankly we did not want to. We went to the spa where 30 minutes were offered in the box wonderbox. The person drove us there. I had previously asked what we had to bring in. We were told that the jersey, we went to the spa room which is apart from the castle, we had access to a jaccuzi (moderately clean. the surface of the water on the walls of the jaccuzi) ... Access to the sauna Access to a shower The windows give in the courtyard of the castle The blinds are damaged and do not close completely The room could be nice but the finishes leave much to be desired Lights too strong, not sifted at all ... pity When we are used to go in spa this one is not the most Zen ... Another problem, since we have been told We did not have the right shoes to come out in a bathrobe to get to our room.No time in the room so the employee had to come knocking at the window of the spa window. just show the button to run the jaccuzi no other explicit for the bathrobes, if necessary wc etc ... The castle is absolutely open all night. No digicode or keys when we returned at midnight. So, I think the place is moderately secure. The next day breakfast until 10:30. We went at 10am. No explanation of how the breakfast is organized. Where are the tea bags, cereals etc .... for us to search and find. No explanation for the operation of the citrus press which is particular. All the customers have galre ... It remains 3 croissants, one is 6 new customers between 10h and 10h30. The person who goes back and forth between the kitchen and the breakfast room do not add. There are still 3 slices of charcuterie, nobody refills the dish. There is a bottom of hot milk it's half a cup. I supplement with cold milk .... There are eggs. Appliances for cooking but no one explains how to cook them. With all that we should have asked so much that we would have breakfast at that. We manage and help each other between customers. The owner of the establishment is very busy (going back and forth between the kitchen and our room) but never addresses us and avoids asking us what we want and if we miss anything. I had the impression that it is an establishment where we look at the economy, given the time, the last customers of the breakfast have been treated as the first !!!! We leave to the room. Prepare our things and we go to the reception to make the key. The boss talks with a couple of customers ... then comes to take care of us. Ask us to wait before leaving. He checks if we have paid the extra cost .... difficult not to have settled since the night before is the first thing we were asked. This gentleman does not ask us how we found our room, if we slept well or if our stay in Bordeaux went well. No exchange between employees where the boss and us. Business is business !!!! My feeling is that the wonderbox client is more annoying than anything else. Treated differently since the boss spoke to all the customers we met except us. Not to mention the extra cost of 20 ... very disappointing all that !!!!
