I had a mixed experience at Mullens tea house. While the tea flavors were good, I found the staff to be a bit unresponsive and lacking in knowledge about the teas. The ambiance of the tea house was cozy, but the overall service could have been better. Despite these shortcomings, I did enjoy the teas I tried. I would suggest improved customer service to enhance the overall experience.
