I recently had the opportunity to work with Alix ventures and it was an average experience overall. The team was knowledgeable and professional, but I felt that the communication could have been better. The website alix.vc was user-friendly and I was able to find all the information I needed. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer support.
