Experienced an injury (water damage in the basement) and never have I experienced such professional and knowledgeable staff. Both assessor, injury team and in particular injury management from their injury manager.
They have arranged and handled everything I could wish for. repair and replacement. I even want to postulate that they have exceeded my expectations.
